An outdoor eatery that brings the slow food movement to the State Fair of Texas.

Agriculture and farming are always changing. So is the way people eat. At Farm to Fair, it’s more than just dining on fresh, local fare. It’s about a one-of-a-kind setting that also delivers an educational experience, rich in some of the sustainable efforts of the State Fair of Texas to a high traffic area.

We created a rustic, textured logo printed on all plant-based food packaging. Unique displays showcased the importance of bee pollination, gardening, canning and more. Dedicated gardens featured fruits, vegetables and herbs from Big Tex Urban Farms with signage and activities for children to learn more about the process of growing seeds to harvesting produce.

A pediatric Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Having twin girls born three months early, I am all too familiar with life in NICU. So when I was tasked with creating a welcome guide for new NICU families I couldn’t say no. Children’s Health is the eighth-largest not-for-profit pediatric hospital in the nation and care for more than 650 premature or full-term babies each year.

The intensive care unit recently expanded so we showcased the state-of-the-art equipment and upgraded amenities for each family’s peace of mind. Included in the guide was a pocket for additional inserts and a two handmade Lovies for mother and baby.

A foster-based, non-profit dog rescue that encourages humans to be good and do good.

I never knew how much I would learn to love bully-type breeds until I rescued one of my own, Bella, over six years ago. The Love Pit (TLP) is a rescue in Dallas, Texas whose mission is to reduce the homeless pit bull population through rescue, rehabilitation, training and advocacy.

After witnessing what amazing things they do to educate the community on this misunderstood breed, I started temp-fostering for TLP. A few months later I began designing some of their larger fundraising initiatives and events. Everything from logos, t-shirts, calendars and social media campaigns to wine bottle labels for The Love Pit Vineyard … because who doesn’t love a bottle of wine for a good cause?

A weekend of inspiration and transformation in the Piney Woods.

Marshall, Texas wasn’t known for it’s vegan cheeses or wine tastings but that all changed in 2013. Each year world-renowned speakers, champion athletes and top chefs gather for a weekend of seminars, cooking demos, fitness activities and more. The community comes together to teach visitors from all over the world about the endless benefits of a healthful, compassionate and sustainable plant-based lifestyle.

We created a clean logo design for the event as well as various t-shirt designs for the annual 5K and 10K races.
